Contact Us to first discuss your commission, either by post, telephone or email so that we can provide you with a rough ballpark idea of cost.
To help us to do this we will need to know some details
- If it is a new commission, then an idea of the design, size, materials, desired technique and end purpose, eg, for use or display
- If it is an existing piece, please provide images, a condition description, measurements and advise us whether you would like it to be cleaned, repaired, conserved or reproduced etc
- Let us know if there is a deadline, so that we can assess if we are able to meet it within our current production schedule. We will endeavour to complete the work within the time-frame given, however, this cannot be guaranteed.
For a written estimate, there may be some further details required, or the item will need to be submitted to the RSN Studio by post (we recommend Special Delivery) or in person by appointment.
The Studio team will assess the commission and raise a written estimate for the recommended work and will send this to you.
Should you wish to proceed, we require a 25% (+ VAT) deposit and once this is received, we will be delighted to start your commission.
Please note that we are not licensed to provide insurance valuations and we recommend that you contact a reputable auction house for this information.
