Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue and click on any items you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Order' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to take the order.

We accept Mastercard and Visa. If you are shopping from outside the UK, simply order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We will not charge for any item until it is ready to ship and back ordered items will not be charged until they are shipped.

Delivery Schedule
All items will be sent out within 28 working days from receipt of order.

Back Orders
If your item is out of stock, we will back order for you. You will have the option to cancel your order should you rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. For orders placed from non-European Union countries VAT is not chargeable and you should click the exempt button to reduce the VAT to zero.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. Any such numbers are not held in clear text on any website.

Every effort has been made to ensure that descriptions and prices of items features on this site are correct at time of publication. All items are strictly subject to availability. In the event of an item being unsuitable, it may be returned within 28 days of purchase and a full refund given less our postage costs.
